Every February, when it gets really cold and we're really, really sick of the winter, we have a Mardi Gras night at our house. I'll usually cook jambalaya or something, we'll put on goofy hats and put zydeco music on.
Tonight was that night. I made jambalaya
and shrimp gumbo. I prefered the shrimp gumbo, but both came out good.
